70% Chenin Blanc and 30% Gruner Veltliner from the Biodynamic Bassham family vineyard in Barmera.
The Chenin was picked early providing a racing acidity while the Gruner a touch later adding a lovely oppulance to the palette. Fermented dry with a juice addition of Gruner in the spring time.
