Instructions
Makes 12-15 balls.
What you need:
- 1 x Vanilla & Coconut Protein Ball Mix 180g
- ¼ cup (70g) rice malt syrup
- ¼ cup (45g) coconut oil
- 1tbsp water
Preparation:
- Microwave coconut oil, rice malt syrup and water for approx. 1 min (until coconut oil melted) then stir thoroughly.
- Mix DIY Dry Mix with the added wet ingredients.
- Roll into snack size balls using your hands (little ones can help here!) and refrigerate for an hour before enjoying!
